The eye clinic was founded in 1986 by Dr. Ivan Esente, one of the best eye specialists in Italy, and is now directed by his heirs.
Everything here is designed around the patient’s needs, to make it faster and easier to get comprehensive eye care.
Eye doctors, optometrists, orthoptists, nurses and administrative staff are English-speaking.
Beside routine eye examination, the clinic offers a wide array of diagnostic exams, surgical and non-surgical treatments for patients of all ages with eye conditions that include dry eye, diabetic cataracts, ocular surface diseases, glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, etc.
An emergency eye care service is available for simple eye injuries or conditions (e.g. sudden loss of vision, eye pain, redness, etc).
